Pamela Smith is President and CEO of two unique and allied companies:  NUMBERSetc and etc.  Established in 2000, NUMBERSetc provides full service accounting and tax services to small and medium sized businesses throughout the US and abroad.  Established in 2000, etc. provides highly specialized accounting, tax and grant writing services for a host of non-profit clients in Arizona. Pamela holds an MBA from the prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Chaminade University. In addition, Pamela is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA®). The Certified Internal Auditor® designation is the only globally accepted certification for internal auditors and remains the standard by which individuals demonstrate their competency and professionalism in that field. Pamela is the Treasurer for the Women in Insurance and Financial Services (Phoenix chapter), as well as having served on numerous non-profit corporate boards.  Pamela is also a graduate of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Athena Powerlink program; a nationwide mentoring program for women-owned businesses, funded by the Athena Foundation.

Accounting Department

The accounting department provides clients with Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements, handles all client financial reporting and accounting oversight. Reviews client files, reconciles bank statements, records deposits and transfers, prepares forecasting and cash flow analysis. Processes all employee and payroll-related information.
